Your new area of responsibility:

Requirement management for the mentioned areas and creation of business blueprints for a new implementation.

Management of projects and sub-projects in the described area of responsibility and control of internal and external consultants and developers.
Daily and close cooperation with the users or the internal clients.
You have successfully studied (Uni / FH) or completed an apprenticeship with good or very good results.

For this role a solid background or extensive project experience in an SAP driven environment is required, as well as experience in the manufacturing industry - ideally automotive.
You will be results-oriented and you are a strong communicator to an international user-community.
Due to the international orientation of our client, you must have a good command of English. Knowledge of German would be "nice-to-have" and not mandatory.
Your job description involves a lot of responsibility and presents you with new challenges on a daily basis, which you will be happy to take on.
Your own creative approaches will be encouraged and challenged.
To promote your personal development prospects - e.g. in the direction of the management of the newly created SAP team - extensive perspectives and further training opportunities are open to you.
We offer a crisis-proof job with a performance-related remuneration package and attractive additional benefits, such as a company kindergarten, a very attractive pension plan, the possibility of a favorable leased car at company conditions or (as team leader) a company car.
Location of the position would be Kassel, Stuttgart or Karlsruhe, but the client offers to work 100% remote in the role (however you need a home-address in Germany). A presence at the site every 4-6 weeks for one or two days would be sufficient.
